If you have experience with CNC setup and operation—especially horizontal machining using Mitsubishi systems—apply today for a chance to join a stable, experienced team in a clean, temperature-controlled facility!Shift/Pay:1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (OT available, start as early as 5:00 AM)Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00/hr (based on experience)Description:• Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas (Vertical) and Mitsubishi (Horizontal) systems• Focus on horizontal machining using 2.5 axis (standard) or 5 axis (if applicable)• Edit g-code programs for part customization, tool changes, and offsets• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications• Conduct changeovers for various product lines (typically 8–20 orders per run)Qualifications/Skills:• 3–5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience preferred• Strong knowledge of horizontal machining and g-code editing• Experience with tool changes, offsets, CNC mill lathe, and CNC operation• Casting experience (especially with cast iron molds) is a plus• Familiarity with billet molds is beneficialBenefits:• Clean, temperature-controlled work environment• 401K with 3% company match• Competitive benefits after 90 days• 9 paid holidays• Monthly bonuses and annual reviews• Relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere with long-tenured staffThis is a Permanent position based out of Vineland, NJ.The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.Good working environment Shop is heated and AC Majority of workforce has been there 15+ years 401K, 3% company match 90 Days - benefits/competitive 9 Holidays Yearly Reviews Relaxed Work Environment Monthly Luncheons Shift Differential (15%)This is a fully onsite position in Vineland,NJ.This position is anticipated to close on Aug 14, 2026.
