Medical City Las Colinas is hiring an RN Case Manager who uses collaborative relationships to improve patient outcomes and foster professional nursing practice. You will coordinate the plan of care across the patient’s stay, manage length of stay, and develop safe discharge plans with the multidisciplinary team.
