Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Oversee Department operations: Guest Service (ensure crew deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, training); Kitchen (ensure quality, food safety, cost control, production training); People (hiring, training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule, enjoys fast‑paced environment.
