Bookkeeper Needed In Suffern, Ny Full Time Or Part Time - Onsite Or Hybrid

Looking for an organized Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting/finance requirements and the administrative aspects of running our business

Balance and maintain accurate ledgers

Match purchase orders with invoices

Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management

Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts

Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances

Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes

Answer phone system and direct calls as required

Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office

Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices

Maintain office supply inventory

Retrieve documents and files when requested

Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail

Create, edit, and update spreadsheet reports for customer programs
