Operating Room Circulating RN - Days 5x8s 7:00a-3:00p Mon - Fri, on call (every 4th weekday & every 4th weekend, some holidays) Surg/PACU/Endo Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks Possible extension: Yes Experience required: 1+ year Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Certifications Preferred: PALS, NRP Work Setting: Ambulatory OR, General OR Skills Required: ENDOSCOPIC PROCEDURES - Colonoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange; GENERAL SURGERY - Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total; Gynecology - Abdominal/ Vaginal hysterectomy, Bilateral tubal ligation, C-sections, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures; OPHTHALMOLOGY - Cataract extraction/implant; ORTHOPEDIC - Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, Arthroscopy, Carpal tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Open reduction of fractures, Total joint replacement; PEDI GENERAL SURGERY - Appendectomy Skills Preferred: EAR/NOSE/THROAT - Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy; ENDOSCOPIC PROCEDURES - Bronchoscopy On-Call: Must be within 30 min of facility while on call Travel experience: Preferred EMR: Cerner
