We are seeking a Full time/Part time Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to work with a team of experienced and licensed Clinical supervisors in providing virtual, in-person therapy, and counseling to couples, families, adults, and children in Waterloo, Cedar Falls and the surrounding Black Hawk County. Our therapists are central to our mission and serve as expert advisors to LSI's early childhood, behavioral health, and family safety teams.What You'll DoProvide community-based therapy and counseling assessments Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and familiesDevelop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's various behavioral and mental health care needsManage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to build the best possible outcomes for our clientsQualifying candidates have the ability to receive free clinical licensure supervision from one of our Clinical SupervisorsWhat You'll NeedMaster's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or another approved related field (LMFT,LMHC)Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!)Strong organization and time management skillsStrong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office softwareFlexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clientsHow We'll Support YouLSI values each staff member as a holistic person with concerns, interests, and commitments outside of work.
