Payroll Manager

Expected Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience A family-owned real estate and hospitality company based out of NYC is seeking an experienced Payroll Manger. This is a dynamic, high-trust role that is responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll across multiple company entities and employee populations. This is a strictly in-office position; remote work will not be considered. Our ideal candidate is a proactive payroll leader who can independently resolve complex issues, strengthen controls, and improve processes beyond transactional payroll administration. 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, at least some of which involved a union workforce Must have experience with ADP WorkforceNow Strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, wage and hour requirements, and payroll accounting Demonstrated experience leading payroll process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and reconciliation reporting Experience supporting hourly workforce across both real estate and hospitality sectors strongly preferred Source: Hospitality Online #J-18808-Ljbffr
