Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video to clients with varying emotional disorders, ensuring a consistent, therapeutic presence.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists in our community to develop and support comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans, enhancing client outcomes through measurement-based care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation within our robust, user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitating efficient care.

• Offer thoughtful talk therapy to individuals aged 13 and older and/or couples, utilizing effective methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to improve practice quality and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to safeguard client information and maintain the integrity of the therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
