Helena, Montana | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities$21.50–$24.00/hour

North West Home Care is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home-care team in Helena and surrounding communities.

As a CNA with North West Home Care, you'll provide personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and at home.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's needs and service plan, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Assisting with mobility, ambulation, and transfers

• Providing companionship and social support

• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

• Providing medication reminders when authorized

• Performing light housekeeping related to client care

• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

• Completing required care documentation

• Providing transportation when assigned

• Supporting clients with dignity, patience, and respect

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification/status as required for the position

• Reliable and compassionate approach to client care

• Ability to complete required background and drug screening

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance when driving clients is part of the assignment

• Ability to work assigned weekends when required

• Strong communication and documentation skills
