HR Generalist: Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance

AVONDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT seeks a Human Resource Generalist to be the first point of contact for HR needs. Under the Executive Director of HR, the Generalist will perform onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations tasks. The role requires strong communication, record-keeping, and confidentiality, with experience in FMLA/COBRA/HIPAA/ACA/ASRS.
