Job Summary

In this role, you will support the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring the organization attracts top talent across various departments. Duties

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct initial screening and interviewing of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Support external and internal recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with hiring managers.
• Participate in high volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Conduct research on talent pools and industry trends to identify potential candidates.
• Facilitate candidate sourcing strategies using HR sourcing techniques and talent management software.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including employee orientation and employee evaluation procedures.
• Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Support training & development initiatives related to recruitment best practices and HR systems.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in talent management software such as iCIMS, Lever, or UltiPro.
• Knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ability to manage high volume recruitment projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) strategies for attracting diverse talent pools.
• Skills in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of HR systems like Paychex or UltiPro for employee data management.
• Capable of cold calling potential candidates and conducting research for talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of technical recruiting practices for specialized roles across various industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism.
