Join Our Team as a Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator!

Team Dental, a trusted name in comprehensive dental care for over 25 years, is seeking a skilled Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator for our South Shore location to help us keep our patients smiling for a lifetime. What You'll DoAs the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a positive check-in and check-out experience.
- Managing appointment schedules to optimize patient care and office flow.
- Handling patient financing and dental insurance inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Generating and analyzing Dentrix reports to support office operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient financing and dental insurance processes.
- Proficiency in Dentrix reporting and office management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and attention to detail.
