A strong candidate is personable, dependable, organized, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and works effectively in a fast-moving environment. Related experience is helpful, although transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or other people-facing roles is valuable.
