We specialise in helping businesses streamline operations, strengthen strategy, and embrace modern technology, blending consulting expertise with innovative online tools to deliver measurable improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. You will be instrumental in nurturing a positive and productive company culture that promotes growth and employee satisfaction, ensuring that our HR initiatives are aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development. Nurture a positive working environment and handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying current with employment legislation in the United States. Manage employee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive and equitable. Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation. Provide clear and concise reports to the management team on HR metrics. Qualifications Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of US labour law and HR best practices. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience within the management consulting or technology sector would be a significant advantage.
