Our client, an industry leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Waynesville, NC

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met
Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock movements
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and policies
Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes

What's Needed?

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and improve operational workflows
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
