Summary:

LHH is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join a growing, agency-side team based in New York City (hybrid). This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on in paid media execution and enjoys working at the intersection of media, data, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, with a strong understanding of optimization strategies, campaign performance, and measurement. This position partners closely with senior leadership on strategy while owning day-to-day execution, reporting, and performance insights. It also offers exposure to client-facing work and the opportunity to support and guide more junior team members within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, dashboards, and analytics workflows
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support client-facing deliverables including performance updates and strategic recommendations
• Stay current on platform trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated media strategies
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a related field; agency experience preferred
• Hands-on experience across paid media platforms including paid social, search, and programmatic
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, testing methodologies, and performance measurement
• Ability to communicate data and insights clearly to both internal teams and clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment managing multiple campaigns

Compensation & Benefits
