Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) International Shipping Cordinator

Air-Sea International Logistics

Job Description

Coordinate international ocean and air import/export shipments from booking through final delivery.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, AES filings, and other import/export documentation.
Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and container movements.
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
Assist with customer quotations and general office support as needed.
