Licensed Health Insurance Agent (W-2) About the Opportunity We are seeking motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our rapidly growing sales team. Responsibilities Educate clients on available ACA and individual health insurance plans. Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities. Stay informed on health insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry updates. QualificationsRequired Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life License or 2-40 Health Insurance License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment Ability to work full-time in an office setting during the training period Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Preferred Previous health insurance sales experience Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience Experience with CRM systems Please Note: Candidates who currently hold an active Medicare appointment are not eligible for this position. Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour base pay (W-2 employee) Starting commission of $100 per closed sale Uncapped commission opportunities based on performance Health insurance benefits are planned to be introduced in the near future Training Comprehensive paid training program Approximately 3 months of in-office training and development Opportunity for remote work after successful completion of training, based on performance and business needs Schedule Monday – Thursday 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday – Saturday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Work Location This is an in-office position during the training period. Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the office.
