By midday, you’re tackling scheduled maintenance at a commercial site, documenting your work for accurate service records. Before you wrap, you jump on a same-day repair, collaborate with a teammate on safety setup, and ensure the space is spotless before you leave. It’s hands-on, problem-solving work—and you’re the pro who makes it all run smoothly.

• Evaluate drainage systems to pinpoint issues and offer practical solutions.
• Carry out both routine upkeep and urgent repairs to keep systems operating safely.
• Operate specialized equipment to remove obstructions and restore flow.
• Record all services performed, maintaining precise job documentation.
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Follow safety procedures and leave every workspace clean and orderly.
• Coordinate with team members to boost efficiency and service quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training welcomed.
• Experience as a drain technician or in a closely related plumbing role.
• Solid grasp of drainage operations and core plumbing concepts.
• Confidence using and caring for industry tools and equipment.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a service-first mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to cover weekends and on-call shifts when needed.
