Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $20 USD The salary range listed is the expected pay range for this position. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law. Description Position Summary Employees perform all functions assigned by thewarehousesupervisor and/ormanager, including but not limited to, receiving, returns, stocking,selection, pallet consolidation, loading and unloading trucks, shipping. Schedule 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Sunday-Thurs day (2), with flexibility for mandatory overtime. Please note that schedules are limited and are not guaranteed to be available. Available schedules will be offered to candidates based on business needs and staffing availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform receiving, stocking, selection, pallet consolidation, unloading and loading as scheduled assignedincluding finish product coming from production. Perform selection utilizing pick tickets, building pallets of product, wrapping them from top to bottom and staging them in the proper shipping lanes. Operate any equipment training and certified to use in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment may include box cutters, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other heavy machinery Experience with storage bays, racking systems, following inventory control, and FIFO procedures. Performaccuratedata entries in NetSuite WMSSystem Maintain warehouse in good condition Comply withall applicable health and safety codes. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties not listed here may be assigned by the supervisor/manager. Job Qualifications Require2+ years in warehouseenvironment. Require2+ years forklift operating experience. Education Minimum ofaHigh School diploma. Other Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing with staff,coworkers,and supervision as well as directly withbuyers/customers. Comfortable with Microsoft product i.e.: Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to adapt well tochangedirection and priority in a fast-pacedand deadline-orientedenvironment. Strong organizational skills. Familiar with theprocess ofmoving goods packed on pallets or in bins amongst the facilities. Ability to work collaboratively with others as ateammentality. Must be agile and quick to respond to changes and the needs oft eam members and/or the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate whenappropriate. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Self-motivated, personable, strong attention to detail andfollow-up. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ethical and compassionate. Working Conditions This role operates in a food manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected. Mustbe able to work independently. Must have a production/sense of urgency mindset. Punctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures. Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP’s, and afreezer/cold environmentof down to -10F degrees. Physical Demands Comfortable working ina refrigeratedfreezer/coldenvironmentdown to -10F degrees. Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pullup to100lbs/continuous motion. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment. Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity tooperate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely. Capable of safelyoperating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
