Work Environment

You will be joining a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a well-equipped outpatient office. Our clinic, located in a bustling area of Brooklyn, boasts modern facilities and the latest rehabilitation technology. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work schedule. With a patient caseload averaging 7 visits per day, you'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with your patients while ensuring their rehabilitation needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to create tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of advanced rehabilitation techniques and methodologies to improve patient outcomes, including modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Educate patients about their conditions and recovery processes, guiding them through exercises and home-care routines that encourage engagement and self-management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
