Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured yet flexible schedule that allows our therapists to maintain work-life balance. Within this fast-paced, engaging setting, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately seven patients each day. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, understanding their medical histories, and determining appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement tailored rehabilitation programs that involve hands-on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and use of specialized equipment.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation methodologies, such as therapeutic modalities and manual therapy, to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions, recovery timelines, and ongoing self-management strategies to promote long-term health.
• Regularly re-evaluate and adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring responsive care delivery.
• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health records (EHR) system to maintain accurate health data and facilitate continuity of care.

Qualifications
