What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility at time of hire)
• Skilled in working with pediatric and early intervention populations
• Experience supporting K–12 students in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders, including those with moderate to profound needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to students’ diverse needs

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
• Develop IEP goals and participate in team meetings
• Adapt intervention strategies to individual student needs
• Document student progress and maintain records according to school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
