What you get to do in this role: Provide world-class customer service and professionalism Take ownership of tasks and drive to swift resolution Receive and store hardware and consumable in stockrooms Maintain stockroom accuracy and order the hardware/consumable as needed. Maintain and manage stockroom as per procedures. Mark items using ID tags and adding into ServiceNow system. Clean and maintain supplies to ensure compliance with safety regulations Determine proper storage methods and stock location Dispose/Return damaged or defective items with vendors Ship items to remote locations as necessary Determine equipment required to increase productivity/efficiency Lift server or computer equipment weighing up to 45lbs. Work closely with management and other teams to support companywide projects ClifyX
