Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in supporting firm-wide growth by proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management disciplines.We are looking for a recruiter who thrives on proactive sourcing, strong hiring manager partnerships, and driving timely hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, experienced in engaging passive talent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-office professional services environment. Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for technical and professional roles.Proactively source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, direct outreach, job boards, and industry channels.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach through offer acceptance—while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.Leverage recruiting metrics, market data, and industry insights to advise hiring managers and optimize search strategies.Ensure timely feedback and alignment with hiring managers to maintain search momentum and candidate engagement.Manage job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment workflows within Workday (ATS).Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred.Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry preferred.Pay Range$28 – $36 per hour (depending on experience)Why Join UsWe offer competitive compensation, flexible hybrid scheduling, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, employee ownership opportunities, and a culture built on collaboration, growth, and shared success.About UsFor nearly a century, Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, has provided award-winning engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, geospatial, and construction management services.
