Business Development Executive

Compensation PKR 100,000–150,000 + commission We're hiring a Business Development Executive to own our entire client-acquisition vertical end to end. This isn't a copy-paste bidding seat. You'll decide what we go after, how we position it, and which channels to pursue. We need someone who treats the pipeline like their own business, not a task list. What You’ll Own Upwork bidding: Find high-fit projects, qualify them, and write tailored proposals that get responses (conversion over volume). Lead generation: LinkedIn outreach as your primary channel, plus active testing of others (Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, cold email, communities, referrals). Proposal writing & refinement: Continuously improve proposals; quality and win-rate are the measure. Sales pipeline setup: Build and run the sales funnel itself: structure outreach into defined stages, set up follow-up sequences, and keep leads, statuses, and win/loss notes clean and moving. Client coordination: Handle initial back-and-forth professionally and hand off cleanly to delivery. Must Have — Advanced 3+ years of freelance-platform business development with won projects you can speak to specifically. Deep working grasp of the Upwork algorithm, client intent, and proposal strategy. Excellent written English: persuasive, clean, able to translate services into client value. Strong LinkedIn lead-gen: prospecting, personalized outreach, booking conversations. Strong sales instinct: you understand sales funnels and can set one up, not just send bids: structuring outreach, moving prospects through stages, and closing.
