Spago Beverly Hills is seeking a passionate, driven, and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a flagship Wolfgang Puck restaurant, Spago operates at Michelin-level standards , where precision, consistency, technique, and attention to detail are expected in every plate.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished culinary team in a high-performance kitchen where you’ll be challenged to sharpen your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Pay: $23.00–$28.00 / hour

• Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, flavor, and presentation
• Execute each dish with precision, following recipes, prep lists, station guidelines, and plating standards
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout every service, even in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the Executive Chef to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain proper mise en place and ensure your station is fully prepared and organized after service
• Demonstrate strong timing and communication during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Take ownership of your station and proactively communicate needs, challenges, and opportunities to improve
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous learning, and culinary excellence

• 2+ years of line cook experience in a fine-dining environment
• Experience working in a Michelin-recognized, Michelin-level, or other highly regarded fine-dining kitchen strongly preferred
• High-volume restaurant experience
• Strong understanding of cooking methods including roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, and other classical and modern techniques
• Strong knife skills and working knowledge of professional kitchen equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with plating, portion control, measurements, and consistency
• Ability to execute recipes and prep lists accurately and maintain established standards
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Ability to work with speed, precision, and composure in a demanding service environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Curiosity and genuine desire to continue developing your culinary skills
