Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Cloverkey is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support our continued growth across the healthcare retail industry. This role will own customer communications, email marketing, marketing collateral, digital content, customer testimonials, referral marketing, CRM segmentation, website content, and brand management. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and hospital partners to ensure all marketing efforts are current, professional, measurable, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design capabilities with marketing strategy, content creation, project management, and analytical skills. This individual should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, experienced with email marketing platforms, comfortable working with data, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers significant growth opportunities and the ability to make a direct impact on a rapidly expanding organization. Responsibilities: Marketing strategy & communications Email marketing & CRM management Graphic design & brand management Store openings & growth marketing Customer experience & testimonials Photography, video & content development Retail marketing support Website & digital presence Marketing Analytic & reporting Requirements: Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, including: Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar systems. Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation. Experience working with vendors, printers, photographers, and creative partners. Experience preferred in the following industries: healthcare, retail, franchise, hospitality, or multi-location marketing Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Strong copywriting, editing, and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Travel - Up to 10% travel Salary Range - $70,000 - 95,000 DOE About Cloverkey: Cloverkey is one of the fastest-growing hospital retail operators in the United States, partnering with leading healthcare systems to operate gift shops, logo stores, and specialty retail locations within hospitals and medical campuses.
