Senior UX Researcher

To enhance the patient journey in mental healthcare, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will lead research initiatives focused on understanding patient experiences, from initial discovery to booking and attending sessions, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct end-to-end research to identify patient needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Marketing, to ensure research informs product decisions and improves patient experiences Frame ambiguous product questions into clear research plans and deliver high-quality findings that influence strategic decisions Required qualifications 5+ years of UX Research experience with a strong background in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research Demonstrated ability to independently lead a research program and influence product decisions Experience in researching and improving critical product journeys, such as acquisition and conversion Proven methodological rigor with the ability to adapt research plans based on evolving evidence Strong communication skills to synthesize complex findings into compelling narratives for diverse audiences Virtual Vocations Inc
