Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and active Illinois SLP license
• Fluency in Spanish and English, enabling dynamic support for bilingual students
• Experience working within school settings (K-12) preferred
• Adaptable, compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with telepractice platforms for remote work if needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, developing and implementing individualized IEP goals
• Deliver bilingual assessment, intervention, and consultation services for a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ educational progress and access to the curriculum
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with local and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Flexibly adapt services to virtual platforms when remote support is necessary
