Territory Sales Specialist

The Role An established food service equipment manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with grocery chains and independent grocers across a multi-state Western territory. Candidates based in Southern California or Phoenix will receive priority consideration. What They Need Fluent in both English and Spanish . This is a non-negotiable requirement. Proven experience selling food service equipment into grocery, supermarket, or retail food environments . Experience developing relationships with grocery chains and independent grocers. Strong territory-development, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable managing an established territory while identifying new business opportunities. Ability to travel approximately three nights per week . What’s in It for You Base salary commensurate with experience. The exact salary range will be shared with qualified candidates. Fully uncapped commissions. Bonus opportunity of up to $10,000.
