Smokey's in Manitowish Waters, WI, offers a taste of northern Wisconsin nostalgia with a modern twist. We're looking for a dependable line cook who takes pride in preparing great food with fresh ingredients in a close-knit kitchen.
Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM
This position is in Manitowish Waters, WI. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality menu items with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Follow proper food preparation, handling, and storing practices.
- Apply fundamental cooking techniques and knife skills to support smooth food service.
- Keep work area neat and clean and maintain food prep equipment.
- Work as part of a small team to deliver a great dining experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred.
- 3+ years of cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly when the kitchen gets busy.
