Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing construction projects from the bidding and preconstruction phases through to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves managing all financial aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from bidding to completion.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Manage financial aspects, including estimating, bidding, and budgeting.

• Handle invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and project closeouts.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.

• Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.

• Proficiency in Procore and Sage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Adaptability and strategic thinking.

Work Environment

This position requires daily in-office work with some expectations of visiting sites for bid meetings. The role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company with consistent weekly salary pay.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
