Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator for an onsite temporary assignment in Camarillo, CA. This role supports global marketing operations for a growing manufacturing organization and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating materials, managing logistics, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting product sample fulfillment, marketing inventory, trade show logistics, promotional merchandise, and sales support activities. Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of marketing materials, literature, product samples, and branded merchandise.
- Coordinate shipping and fulfillment of product samples, promotional materials, and sales support items.
- Support domestic and international trade show logistics, including materials preparation and shipment tracking.
- Work with vendors, freight carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Assemble sales kits, customer presentation materials, and promotional packages.
- Support marketing operations projects and process improvements across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $27/hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5 hours per day.
- Hours: 20 hours per week.
- Assignment type: Temporary assignment through December 31, 2026.
- Work location: Onsite in Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage marketing inventory, product samples, branded merchandise, and literature.
- Coordinate shipping, fulfillment, vendor communication, and shipment tracking.
- Support trade show logistics and prepare sales kits and customer presentation materials.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, marketing operations, or sales support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in marketing operations, logistics, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
- Experience coordinating trade show materials or promotional merchandise.
- Experience working with freight carriers, vendors, suppliers, or internal sales teams.
