Job Description This position is contingent upon award of contract SOSi is seeking a Project Manager to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities. Essential Job Duties Manage individual Work Orders, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are met within approved schedules and budgets. Track and report on programmatic risks, developing mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in execution. Submit a quarterly Work Order Performance & Risk Management Report, detailing project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation actions. Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, OR Five (5) years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects. Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies. Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting is required. Contractor must be PMP certified. Knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination. Strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. Preferred Qualifications Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
