Installation Coordinator
Empower Home Services
Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Installation Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and managing the installation calendar, answering questions and providing support for customers, and coordinating between Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth process for the customer.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Daily review and scheduling of projects ready for installation
- Notify homeowners when their projects come out of permitting and are ready for scheduling
- Work closely with Construction and Operations Managers to ensure all install teams have projects on calendar and adequate time to complete the installation
- Communicate to homeowners on what is needed during day of installation.
- Coordinate with sales representatives as needed for scheduling communications
- Send scheduling confirmations via text and email
- Send reminder emails and texts 48 hours in advance of scheduled date
- Complete post installation follow- up calls and emails so homeowners are aware of current project status
- Notify homeowners when Permission to Operate is received and grant access to monitoring
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar and or customer service industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Confidence, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent complex multi-functional project and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues in a confidential manner
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of knowledge in the solar industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
