Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

In this role, you will join our team of professionals to become an important part of our residents’ lives. Y ou will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently. 

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying scheduled

Shift Available:
Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Full-Time)
Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Night 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full-Time)



  Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: $3 / hour from 7pm to 7am.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: 

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
