Exelixis seeks an Associate Director of IT Product Management to lead enterprise platform strategy and delivery, overseeing digital workplace solutions for productivity and collaboration. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and full product lifecycles while ensuring security and compliance standards in a pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy execution and develop roadmaps for enterprise platforms
- Lead development and operations teams to execute product and platform roadmaps
- Oversee full development lifecycle from conceptualization through delivery and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features, resolve issues, and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor performance metrics and budget management across product lines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field plus 11 years experience, or Master's degree plus 9 years experience
- 5+ years IT product management or digital workplace leadership experience
- Full lifecycle system development experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms
- SAP implementation and support experience required
- Advanced technical and functional domain knowledge of supported systems
- Agile-based service delivery model knowledge
- Strong project management, communication, and decision-making skills
Compensation: $198,000 - $250,500 base
