Remote Sales Manager

Driving pipeline discipline and revenue performance, the full-time Remote Sales Manager will oversee a team of 5-10 junior Account Executives, focusing on performance management and activity accountability in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Ensure pipeline creation and health through weekly reviews and quick gap resolution Enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team Coach representatives to expand account penetration and build multi-threaded relationships Required qualifications 3-7+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a management role Experience in promotional products is helpful but not required Strong CRM and reporting skills, with familiarity in HubSpot and commonsku preferred Proven ability to implement structure and enforce standards Ability to prioritize metrics and behavior over motivational tactics
