Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in a remote capacity. This position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Experience in the technology sector.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Previous experience in a start-up environment.
