Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in a remote capacity. This position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment.
