Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation Counsel on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives Looking for: California Bar admission 2-15 years of labor and employment experience Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Employment Litigation Employer‑Side Counseling Labor Law / Traditional Labor Wage & Hour / PAGA Class Action Defense Workplace Compliance & Risk Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
