Design and draft estate plans — wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related wealth transfer documents Advise on tax‑efficient wealth transfer strategies Handle estate and trust administration matters Work on business succession planning for business owners and real estate investors Structure charitable planning and family foundations Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals across the firm's estate, trust, and litigation practices Qualifications California Bar admission, 4+ years of estate planning experience with a trusts and estates / wealth transfer focus.
