Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Mind Upset Therapy, your dynamic role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborating with educational staff, including teachers and school administrators, to develop integrated care plans that support the mental health of students within the educational environment.

• Participating in regular team meetings and peer consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share insights for improved client outcomes.

• Providing educational resources and support to families, helping them understand mental health issues and navigate available community resources.

• Staying current with developments in mental health research to continuously incorporate new findings into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse student population facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
