Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health statuses and identify relevant strengths and challenges.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based materials, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Respond to crises as they arise, employing a strong risk assessment and designing safety plans to safeguard clients’ well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all records reflect the care provided.
