Job Title: Technician Job Description
Join our team to work on exciting commercial building projects located around Cleveland and Akron areas. These projects include work on apartments and commercial stores, involving rough and finish carpentry tasks with both metal and wood stud framing.
Responsibilities

• Participate in rough framing tasks, primarily using metal stud framing, with occasional wood framing.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Perform finish carpentry tasks, including trim work, base, and casing installation.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, particularly in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in carpentry and framing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints for construction tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with acoustical ceilings is an advantage.
• Finish carpentry skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
