Building Solutions Architect
\nThe Building Solution Architect serves as a critical bridge between the customer, sales team, and engineering group to define and design integrated smart building solutions that address client needs across various industry verticals.
\n \n \nJob Duties & Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Work alongside the sales team to engage with end customers. \n
- Design end-to-end smart building solutions that integrate building automation, energy management, security, lighting, and legacy systems \n
- Serve as a subject matter expert in smart building trends, technologies, and best practices \n
- Collaborate closely with the engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with core offerings. \n
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, solution presentations, and cost estimations \n
Job Requirement (Qualification & Experience)
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in smart building technologies, building automation systems (BAS), or IoT-driven facility management \n
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as commercial buildings, industrial, healthcare, or education \n
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, energy management) and related protocols \n
- Experience with integrated BMS platform solutions and cloud-based management platforms is a plus \n
- Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across business constraints and technological realities \n
Skills & Competencies

- With domain experience such as Building-Related system will be plus \n
- Relevant certificate of building development (LEED, PMP, etc.) \n
