Position Overview:  

The Technology Recruiter is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting efforts for Atrium’s Technology division. This is a high‑growth, high‑impact recruiting team with a strong client base and unlimited earning potential, where individual performance directly drives success and commission. 

 

This role is ideal for a dynamic, driven, and goal‑oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. Someone who enjoys overcoming objections and remains resilient through challenges. The Recruiter will successfully match Technology professionals with temporary, temporary to permanent and direct hire opportunities while building strong relationships with candidates and internal partners. 

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-perm Technology positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral‑based interviews, and reference checks 

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive Technology talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms 

• Grow and manage a target list of prospects through outbound sales efforts, referrals, cross selling, and targeted marketing campaigns 

• Develop strong client relationships through onsite visits, client meetings, and approved business development activities 

• Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct post interview debriefs 

• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, notes, and summaries 

• Stay current on Technology industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitive market conditions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Business‑to‑Business staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, and highly competitive environments 
• Ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and partner with cross‑functional teams 
• Working knowledge of solutions‑oriented sales and closing techniques 
• Resilient, persistent, and motivated by results
