Sr Procurement Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Procurement Specialist for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead FAR Part 15 sourcing and subcontracting activities to secure compliant, costeffective longterm supplier agreements for government programs.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Sr Procurement Specialist Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead endtoend FAR Part 15 proposal and subcontract execution in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and government regulations.
• Conduct market research and analyze supplier cost and pricing data to support fair and reasonable pricing decisions.
• Negotiate and establish compliant subcontracts and longterm agreements to ensure pricing stability and rapid contract penetration.
• Manage key suppliers and develop sourcing strategies that deliver best overall value to the business.
• Collaborate closely with Pricing, Programs, and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant FAR15 packages.
• Mentor and train team members while leading assigned commodities and supporting program execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain roles.
• Proven handson experience executing FAR Part 15 subcontracts, including pricing analysis and compliant negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier management skills with ability to deliver compliant contracts quickly in a governmentregulated environment.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
