Installation Manager: Blissful Baths
Blissful Baths is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our bathroom remodeling installation team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement management and excels at scheduling, quality control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage installation crews and subcontractors
- Schedule projects and ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality inspections
- Resolve installation and customer concerns
- Recruit and develop installers
- Drive production goals and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of construction or remodeling management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
