FP&A Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000
A growing, multi-site healthcare organization has partnered exclusively with Core6 Talent to find an FP&A Analyst to join its team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers the opportunity to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives that support the organization's continued growth
.This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical finance professional who enjoys financial modeling, forecasting, operational analytics, and solving complex business challenges. This is a fun role where you'll gain exposure to acquisitions, long-range planning, and executive decision-making while helping build and strengthen the FP&A function

Responsibiliti
- esDevelop financial models to support strategic planning and business initiativ
- esAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planni
- ngAnalyze financial and operational performance across multiple locatio
- nsSupport M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration effor
- tsCreate executive reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analys
- esIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performan
- cePartner with finance and operational leaders to provide actionable insigh
- tsContribute to process improvements and the continued development of the FP&A functi
onQualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fie
- ldApproximately 4-8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experien
- ceStrong financial modeling and analytical skil
- lsAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficien
- cyExperience supporting multi-site organizations preferr
- edHealthcare industry experience is a plus but not requir
- edExperience with DataRails, Tableau, or Power BI is preferr
